Our goal is to make your choice to work with us an easy one. One of the ways we do that is by helping you understand our process step-by-step, start to finish, so you know exactly what to expect when you choose to work with us.

Our process begins by meeting you at home and working with you to determine your window treatment needs. We use a laser measurement to accurately size your window frame, and then design the perfect window treatment for your house.

After choosing a design and function you love, we'll put a professional and detailed quote in your hands. You'll receive a hard copy of your quote, listing each room, product, fabric you're getting, along with the total price so that you know exactly what to expect. We'll happily answer any and every question you have until you feel completely confident that we are the best solution for your window treatment needs.

When you agree to your window treatment plan, we ask for a deposit, which is usually 50-60%, depending on the product and service.

Delivery usually takes about two weeks. Shutters take approximately six weeks. You'll receive a call from us as soon as your products arrive, and we'll schedule an installation date.
